Paras Metal Industries is an Proprietorship entity promoted by Mrs. Archana Sanjay Kore, Paras Metal Industries has been in Manufacturing of Sheet Metal Press Parts & Structural Fabrication mainly for Automobile Segment for past 15 years.
Recently we have diversified our activities in to Manufacturing of MS Scaffolding & Electrical enclosures.
We have in house state of Art Manufacturing Facility to Cater Scaffolding Production Viz. Centering Plates, Telescopic Props, Telescopic Adjustable Spans, H – Frames & Cup Lock Staging System.
We believe in Gender Equality with 45% of our Work Force are Womens, We have upskilled this Pink Work Force to do Activities (Co2 Welding, Pressing, Tread Rolling, Etc.) Dominated by Male Counter Parts. Paras Metal Industries is Different from others Scaffolding Manufacturers, as we use Tubes made from Prime Coils rather than Semi Coils.

FORM WORK - WALL FORM
Our tailor-made Wall Forms are the perfect for casting floor slabs, beams, and walls with precision and efficiency. Designed for easy assembly and disassembly, these durable steel panels deliver superior quality while reducing sub-material costs and minimizing risks of damage or material loss. Please note that due to their robust steel design, a separate lifting tool is required for handling and installation.
SHIKANJA / CLAMP

CUP LOCK STANDARDS
Our Cuplock Standards/Verticals are engineered to provide unmatched support and accessibility for your construction needs. Available in various sizes, the captive mobile upper cups, crafted from malleable or SG iron casting, are designed to withstand rough site handling, while the welded bottom cups, made from deep-drawn steel. Connecting upper and lower standards is seamless with the use of sturdy spigots, ensuring a reliable vertical alignment every time.
LEDGERS / HORIZONTALS
All Ledgers/Horizontals have forged blade welded at the ends with minimum projections to avoid damage. Each component locates itself in the Cup joint on the Standard/Vertical Ledgers/Horizontals are available in various sizes to suit customer needs, depanding on loading factors in support and wide range accessrequirements.
ADJUSTABLE TELESCOPIC PROPS
Props are manufactured from top quality. continuously welded steel tubes, 150 × 150 x 6mm Head and Base plates welded on to inner (40 NB) & Outer (50 NB) members, having matching holes for fastening of props on top of each other to gain additional heights. Center hole is provided to insert stirrup head fitment or U head to hold wooden or steel bearers of slab centering. Nall holes are provided in Head and Foot plates for nailing wooden runners/bearers on to props. Quick and Large adjustments in height can be made by inserting Lock pin into holes provided in te inner member and fine adjustments are made by rotating the malleable iron nut on the outer member.
ADJUSTABLE TELESCOPIC SPANS
The most versatile and widely used system to support slab form work. The span length is adjusted to the required length and both the ends are supported by means of adjustable props/verticals and the space between these spans can be filled using steel or plyforms to cast the slab. The spans are manufactured in various lengths. Maximum bending moment is 1040 kg. m, maximum total load is 2700 kg and factor of safety is 2:1.
H FRAMES
H-Frames are Ideal as scaffolding for wall-plastering and support staging for Centering of high slabs, consists of weided frames of 40 NB. Vertical and Horizontal of 40/32 NB pipe. Connected by Cross Bracings made out of angles or pipes. H-Framel are available in 2400, 2000, 1500 mm heights and 1200, 1000, 1800, 900 mm widths.
